About Mark R. Niznik
Mark joined Linx in 2002 and has more than twenty-five years of experience investing in and advising private middle-market companies. Before joining Linx, Mr. Niznik was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Prudential Securities’ Investment Banking Division, where he analyzed transactions in a broad range of industries. In 2001, he joined the U.S. Private Equity Group of Prudential Financial and focused on direct private equity investments in industrial and business services companies for Prudential’s General Account.
Education
B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Board Affiliations
Mr. Niznik is Chairman of the Board of Elite Express and a member of the Board of Northeastern Bus Rebuilders (NEBR). He previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Metaltech Service Center and was a member of the Board of Transpro Burgener, Grammer Industries, Thompson Trucking, Skyline Windows, and Stafford Logistics.
