About Giny E. Mullins
Giny has been with LXP/Linx for over eighteen years and has over twenty-five years of experience investing in and advising private middle market companies. Before joining Linx, she worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Financial Sponsors Coverage Group of Robert W. Baird’s Investment Banking Division. Ms. Mullins also previously worked at Orix Financial Services and American National Bank.
Education
M.B.A. with honors from Goizueta Business School at Emory University; B.A. in Economics from DePauw University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Ms. Mullins is an adjunct professor at the University of Georgia.

Ms. Mullins is currently Chairman of the Board of Black Creek, Sagent, and Transglobal Services, Vice Chairman of the Board of Clear Rate Communications, and is a member of the Board of Carolina Precision Technologies and Atlanta ACG. She was previously Chairman of the Board of Reconstruction Experts, Gullett & Associates, Tidewater Equipment, and a member of the Board of Cimarron Energy and Elite Express.
Personal
When not at Linx, Giny can generally be found hanging out with her family and driving around her two boys to various sporting events. Her other outside interests include yoga, pilates, cooking, dance, music, and sports. Giny is an avid college football fan and will be found most Saturdays in the fall watching her Sooners or Buckeyes.
