Reconstruction Experts Acquires Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal

Arvada, CO, October 31, 2019 – Linx Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Reconstruction Experts (“RE”), a premier property services company primarily serving Homeowner’s Associations (“HOAs”) has acquired Advanced Roofing & Sheet Metal (“ARSM”).

Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Fort Myers, FL, ARSM is a leading provider of roofing services and solutions primarily serving multi-tenant housing developments in Southwest Florida. ARSM has developed a strong brand with a niche position as the “go-to” roofing services partner of choice for property managers and condominium HOAs in its markets.

ARSM is a compelling acquisition target for RE given its established presence in Florida, the top expansion market for RE to enter because the state is the largest HOA market in the U.S. and it has frequent destructive weather events. Further, ARSM expands RE’s reconstruction and restoration services by deepening its roofing and HVAC service expertise.

Rich Whitten, Chief Executive Officer of RE, said “From the very beginning of our engagement, we found remarkable overlap between ARSM and RE with respect to service philosophy, market approach, and employee culture. The ARSM team’s strong reputation has positioned them as the go-to provider to the multi-family residential and commercial markets in Florida. This reputation, combined with their commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction, made them the ideal platform from which to add RE’s complementary suite of property services in Florida.”

“We are excited for the opportunities a combination with ARSM will provide RE, as it seeks to become the premier property services provider for HOAs in Florida.” commented Giny Mullins, Managing Director of Linx Partners and Chairman of RE, “RE has been targeting the Florida market and focusing on expanding its roofing and reconstruction services. ARSM allows us to achieve both of these goals with a Company that has a complementary culture and an established strong reputation.”

Working with the Linx and RE team on this acquisition is Texas Capital Bank, National Association who provided the senior financing.
