Linx has partnered with the founders of Transglobal to help professionalize, build and continue the growth trajectory of the business. This transaction is the seventh platform acquisition for Linx Fund III. John Ratliff and Jeff Colwell, Transglobal’s founders will continue in their roles and will maintain significant ownership going forward.
Transglobal Services, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a leading provider of critical services to the energy pipeline infrastructure industry in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and the surrounding areas with a primary focus today on the Permian Basin. The Company has developed a strong reputation with its blue-chip customer base for survey, land acquisition, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), environmental permitting, and right of way services through its superior service quality, speed of completion and rigorous approach to data gathering and management.
