Linx Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that on April 8, 2016, its portfolio company, Carolina Precision Technologies Holdings, Inc. (“CPM”), acquired MK Precision, LLC (“MK”). MK is a Pennsylvania-based precision manufacturer serving the medical device manufacturing industry, with a primary focus on musculoskeletal implant products for the spine. This was the first add-on acquisition for CPM and will serve to increase the company’s array of machining capabilities, geographic reach and end market coverage.
