CASE STUDY

Linx partnered with Brian Kaminskey, the Company’s founder, in a recapitalization transaction designed to provide partial liquidity to Mr. Kaminskey and partner with a well-capitalized firm to expand its national footprint and service offering.

As its first order of business, Linx intends to introduce NEBR’s management team to its network of transportation industry contacts to further strengthen NEBR’s customer relationships as well as develop potential new business opportunities.
